Worked great first year, now it’s not usable as it won’t turn off. Error codes even went away. Turning off at breaker and reset are no longer helpful. Trying to find the electronic control board to repair, but may not get another whirlpool product. Dangerous
This oven is dangerous. We purchase about three years ago and it worked well until after the first year. At first it started turn off during cooking but turning it off at the breaker and back on would fix the problem. However, now it likes to turn itself on and set itself to very high temperatures. We then turned the breaker off while not using it. Now we can’t use it at all because it will only set to Broil. We like supporting America made product but if this is what they make I’ll pass.

Love my oven

Control panel failure
One day after warranty ran out the control panel went haywire and turned itself on. We awoke to the smell of a hot oven and discovered that the oven had turned itself on to broil at 500°. We unplugged the unit, called service and discovered that the cost to repair was just too much. We have replaced the unit with a different brand.

TERRIBLE
We built a new home and bought 6 whirlpool appliances in less than a YEAR three of my appliances are broken. NO fridge for weeks that we waited for parts to come in and the service tech was rude and left and never fixed the issue. So here we are living out a cooler in our brand new home and 2 appliances are broken. Waiting for a tech to be in our area again to rediaganois
