Broke less than year - terrible warranty
Loved the look and the idea of this microwave, but the performance was just so so. It never heated things as evenly or as quickly as our prior microwaves. Then, two days shy of a year it completely stopped working - buttons not responding and door not registering that it was closed so the light inside stayed on constantly. Repair tech said wiring to door went bad, ordered new door. Nearly 3 weeks later and no door has arrived. Repair tech is now non-responsive, but we were told on their initial ...

Broke after 14 months!
This microwave was GREAT for 14 months. One day while the fan was running, it just stopped completely and then nothing worked at all. Seems like a fuse, but there is no easy way to access that. This appliance should last longer than 14 months for the price we paid. Now, the biggest issue: getting the extra protection plan we purchased to actually work for us.
