Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
This top-load washer has a large capacity that can handle bulky items effectively. The impeller design avoids an agitator and includes a built-in faucet for pre-treating stains. However, it is quite noisy during fill and spin cycles, and can become unbalanced, especially with larger loads, causing excessive shaking and vibration. There are also concerns about the overall quality and durability of the machine, with some customers reporting issues within the first couple years of ownership. Additionally, the lack of a fabric softener dispenser and unclear instructions on wash cycles are frustrations for some users.

I have had the for about 2.5 years andafter about a year the mainboard failed and i had to replace, and now randomly it get stuck in an error loop when check the load at the beginning of the wash or during the spin circle and it will keeps running for hours trying to restart and you have to recalibrate it again and you can load it near capacity and i have had some items com out dirtier than i put them in. They put to much tech in it but cut cost on the stuff needed for it to function properly.

Reliable and Easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our washerm it's a little noisy but we don't mind because it gets the job done. It's a pretty basic model without all the digital features many of the newer machines have. But we like the simplicity ofit as it's easy to use.

Does it's job but a bit noisy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer was part of our appliance package that came with the house. It seems to do a fine Job with our close. The first week we used it, the washer stopped draining during the cycle and would just keep running and running. I unplugged it and that seemed to reset the board and it's been fine since. The main issue we have is the noise. Thankfully we have a door we can close in the laundry room. During certain times in the cycle this thin...

$486.95 in repairs and only 1 year 8 months old
Purchased this washer in Feb 2024, Oct 2025 the main board is faulty and lid lock assembly failed, parts are $286 plus $200 in labor to fix. I basically could buy a new washer. Absolute GARBAGE!!!

Truly regretful purchase-even at discounted price
I regret buying this washer. I should’ve read reviews instead of buying based on the sale price/promotion. It lacks common features like a fabric softener dispenser or a cycle duration timer/indicator. There are no instructions that come with the machine, only an installation guide. The build quality is cheap, and the drum bangs very loudly when washing sheets or towels, causing the machine to violently shake (even when using the towels or bulky items cycle). I’ve only used it three times in les...

Very satisfied!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with my new construction home and I'm very satisfied with it. It's a bit confusing at first -- specifically for the fabric softener requiring one of those Downy balls -- but otherwise it cleans well without issues. The drum is large and all the options are very nice to have.

returned it the next day
The delivery guys were great. They installed the washer, started the first cycle, loaded up my old washer for disposal, and was finished quick and easy. As soon as the washer went into drain and spin mode, it sounded like the machine was about to drive through the wall. I gave it the benefit of doubt that it was only due to running an empty cycle. After that cycle ended, I started a load of laundry. The result was the same. Also, the spin cycle was always off balance, no matter how many times ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love being able to wash small to large loads in my whirlpool washing machine. Easy to use and gets clothes clean.

Utter waste of money
Please don’t buy this. Seriously, I’m not someone who writes reviews but my hatred for this washer is so deep that I am taking the time to review it. I’ve had it for 2.5 years and I’ve already had it serviced once. Even when it is working “properly” the clothes come out dirty still. If your someone like me that can’t afford to buy a new washer every 3 years, look elsewhere. If I could take it outside and beat it with a bat, office space style, I would. Total garbage. Total waste of money. T...

Cycles are ineffective.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I'd made a different decision. This machine replaced another Whirlpool whose motor died when I'd had it less than 2 years. The new machine has a large tub and perhaps it's the lack of a center tub spinner that makes it less than effective spin clothes. My first load was so wet that I dried to r engaged the "drain and spin" cycle. Instead of draining, the machine began filling the tub with water. It then ran an entire wash cycle. I miss t...
