I had a broken dryer delivered
I ordered this dryer from Lowes over Best Buy because I wanted it ASAP and Lowes could have it delivered on Monday. I paid for installation and haul away. The problem is when I went to use the dryer the motor made a terrible sound louder then an airplane taking off, and after it ran for 10 min it turned off on its own, only to turn back on 5 min later for no rhyme or reason. When I called Lowes agreed to replace it but couldn't deliver until Wednesday - the same day Best Buy would have deliver...

Makes sure to understand the installation process
Purchased natural gas dryer, Lowes delivery was unable to uninstall the old dryer or install the new machine upon delivery. Was charged for installation kit and haul away fees which could not be used if the product could not be uninstalled and the new product installed upon arrival. Lowe's did not provide clear information about the installation process. It has been almost a week now and I still have both dryers sitting in my basement, unable to use either.

Orchard Park Lowe's Never Delivered Dryer
Purchased this dryer from the Orchard Park, NY Lowe's. The installation was scheduled 3 times due to conflicts with the installation service contracted by Lowes. Spoke to Lowes and they promised to assist, but never did. Was promised a call back from management and never received one. Would not recommend purchasing anything from Lowes that you can't install yourself. Worse customer service I have ever had.

Terrible--do not recommend
I have had this dryer for a year and a half, and it has never performed well. I literally thought I had forgotten to turn it on, because I have frequently opened the door to find still completely wet towels. I had turned it one, but it does not dry the towels. Over time, this has become worse, and now, I have to run the dryer 2-3 times at 70 minutes to dry heavier items. It gets hot but the clothes don't get dry. I don't know if I got a "lemon," or if the dryer is just terrible, but I would neve...

Don’t ever shop at Lowes Scratch and Dent outlet
Product was installed, found to be defective, and put back on the sales floor for me to buy. I did not discover this issue until I went to install it and noticed that the gas pipe had pipe thread sealer residue on it. I was able to get the warranty to cover it - two weeks later.
