I have been put through the ringer on this appliance.. This is my 4th one. The 1st one i bought had an issue with the door latch, so I called customer service. I told them my issue. I really liked my old range and this new one has most of the same features. It does seem to preheat faster than my previous model. Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using my range for 17 months, I would not recommend to anyone. The glass top is inferior quality. The heat never gets hot enough for canning. I need an element in between the small and very large. The users manual needs manual needs to give more detail on using the air fryer and which rack for that feature. More info on where to put the rack for broiling or baking cookies, pies, cakes.

Squeaky glass top issues

Ive had techs come out several times now becuase of the glass top becoming squeaky... one tech replaced it with a new one under warranty the 2nd time the tech said to loosen or tighten screws that hold the top on and that does nothing... i only use my stove 1 time a day if that and its normal wear nothing abnormal so not sure why it is happening but very dissapointed and will not reccomend this stove to anyone.

Great oven...for a little over a year.

I've had this oven since February 2024. It worked amazingly up until today, October 2025. While using it this morning, we smelled something burning and the display went black. After pulling out the oven and removing the back panel, I realized the black wire had completely fried at the clamp and down onto the power cord. There was ash inside the panel as well. quality not as high as expected

It seems to take a while for the burners to warm up to temp. And it’s sort of all or none, either way too warm or not warm enough when trying to adjust the temperature. There’s no indicator on the stove top about which burner is still hot when you’ve turned it off. Only a small red indicator on the display that says “cooktop hot.” It would be nice to know which burner is hot to prevent anything from being sat down on a hot burner. Glass top damaged after one use

I purchased the 3-year protection plan from Lowes and the range has a one year warranty from Lowes, but Whirlpool says they don’t cover glass top issues after 30 days of delivery and Lowes protection plan says they never cover the glass top.
