Don't buy these washer dryers

The start stop "button" isn't actually a button but more a pad that you need to press and 3 second hold to start. The majority of the time it's not responsive or your fingers not in the exact spot so you have to redo it. Why do we need to press and hold to start? Why not just a normal press to start?! It's advertised as a child safety feature, last time I checked adults generally do the laundry. Not to mention the tiny display screen and 10 second laggy start up animation. Product will break within 1 year of you purchase just like mine. Have you ever heard of their CONTRACTED repair service? Platinum Repair service is the absolute worst servicer. I absolute regret making this purchase as it has been less than a year and I have to call Platinum Factory Repair service everyday to get updates. Whirlpool will NOT replace your washer. You will go weeks and even months like I currently am with a broken washer. avoid this entire brand at all cost!!!!!!!!

Easy to clean gasket

I just did a full cleaning of my one-year-old Whirlpool washing machine. For the first time in a year, it was getting smelly after we left some wet clothes in it overnight a few times. I have to say that, while this job is never easy, this was the easiest gasket cleaning I’ve ever had to do. Good, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is good, but it could be better. The dial for the types of washes is good, but the setting choices are not. There is only one time for the pre-wash, my old washer gave 3 times for the pre-wash. If you need to add garments you can't do so without going through a series of buttons to press. The reset button makes no sense and is a waste of time. Other then that it does wash my clothes.

Great machine

No movement anymore, very quiet, app connectivity, great capacity, less water consumption, better cleaning results and better dry spin. Also the haptics are great and better than I expected. The controls are a bit complicated and need some time to get used to. A light inside would also help. I would buy it again.

Love this washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new Whirlpool washer, I have found that it gets my clothes cleaner and fresher. The washer large capacity allows me to wash my bedding efficiently. Odors on my clothes and inside of the washer have not been a problem.

Totally Dislike Washer
