What Customers Are Saying
The product offers convenient space-saving features and energy-efficient performance, but many customers have experienced issues with the drying function, including damp clothes and long drying times. There are also common complaints about lint buildup, difficult maintenance, and malfunctions requiring multiple repairs. While the washing performance is satisfactory for some, the drying problems and high maintenance requirements appear to be the main drawbacks of this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed with the drying time, takes way too long to dry even a small load. I thought this machine had a lint tray in it, it doesn’t , I should have researched it better. The constant cleaning of the door seal and drain pump where the lint collects is very annoying. I have to take my towels to the laundry mat because it takes up to 5 hours to dry 4 towels and washcloths and then they still aren’t dry. I like whirlpool appliances b...

Operations Instructions
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the appliance for about a week and have done two loads of laundry. I'm still learning how to use it because the controls do not respond the way I expect and the instructions manual isn't very clear, so figuring out the correct setting has been a bit of a challenge. One issue I experienced was with the dry only cycle. The machine flashed end but never actually shot off. Not sure if this was a user error or a problem with the machine.

Horrible
Do not buy. If I could, I would give this machine no stars. I bought two of these machines. The issue is the lint buildup. They need a lint filter in the actual machine. After one use, all clothes were covered lint and many are ruined. I have to vacuum lint out and wash the rubber lip after every use. I keep getting error codes on one machine after using it less than 10 times, causing machine to lock and can't get it open. Just had it repaired today and bottom drain filter was full of lint....

Bad investment - do not recommend
I bought this unit a few months ago to replace my stackable washer dryer unit. I was excited to have something so forward thinking but have been so disappointed. The control panel would have you believe that you can control your laundry, but you can't. You cannot throw a wrinkled sweatshirt in with a wet washcloth and choose steam clean just to get the wrinkles out. You can't do anything but the dry cycle, and that starts with a. 20 minute spin before it even starts to heat. On top of a l...

Stupidest piece of machinery to ever exist
I’m writing this at 4 in the morning during a 3 hour battle with this thing. I was unfortunately an unassuming victim of whirlpool. I was stuck with this stupid thing because my apartment complex decided to give me the unit with the most incredibly ridiculously designed washer. I don’t care about 2 in 1. But I was forced into this life. This thing constantly has error messages. I have never successfully done a load of laundry where there wasn’t at least 4 hiccups. It averages a time of 7 hours. ...

Garbage -zero stars
Was so excited to save space and energy with this machine. Unfortunately it's complete trash. After all the same reviews with the same problems, I can't believe they are still selling this junk. Steam comes out anywhere it possibly can, my walls and floors are wet. Lint builds up inside the drawers, rubber door gasket, and surely inside the machine. Going to be a fire hazard for sure with the extended dry times. Need to clean drain filter every wash or it clogs up with lint. Not an easy task. I'...

Do not waist your money!
I have had the washer dryer combo for 2 weeks. My first wash I chose the clean the washer setting. It flooded my laundry room. Each time I do any setting besides the 'normal' setting (bulky, washer clean, speed wash, etc.) it leaks out of the laundry soap dispenser at the top of the machine, despite selecting the load and go setting where it is pulling from the load and go tank at the bottom. I also have to clean the lint out after each wash or else it stops part way through the cycle and stops,...

Worst thing you can buy
We are now waiting for the tech to come back out for time number 6 might be 7. We have changed one part at a time. Gets stuck on 16 minutes during dry time. Runs until shut off. So clothes are getting ragged from the constant spinning in drum, utility bill can't be any lower since it ran 6 hrs while at work and let's not forgot it gets so hot it might burn the house down around it but hey what's another service call instead of taking it back.

Endless error codes.
Bought the all in one to save space and time from switching to a dryer. That is not the case. We have had it 4 months and have had the repair tech out 2 times waiting on parts again. Constantly have to wait because of excessive suds or having to redry because they are still damp and that's with out filling the machine up to the recommend amount. To clean the filter you must get down on the ground and remove a screwed I'm filter which then because of design allows some what to escape between two ...
