Poor product

I replaced an old Whirlpool cook top for this model, I'm very disappointed, it takes so much time for the burners to heat up, very slow, it never looks clean, stains everywhere, very very hard to keep it clean.

Lousy product condition

1st cooktop delivered in broken box opened and sloppy taped up box top to bottom, front to back obviously a returned item, sent that back and 2nd one delivered and when checked you could tell box was dropped and under all the starafoam corner and body protectors the whole corner was broken 😡 Did not chance a 3rd time we actually hit one from a distributor elsewhere fye yo Lowe's not being able to gel get one for 7-10 days! Customer service and delivery if products not good at all !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knobs indicator lines are difficult to see. Black on black. Surely you could make the lines different : perhaps a red or a white. I am 80 years old. My vision is fairly equal to that of my elderly friends. I would to caution them about this before they buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this stove except for one thing. That thing is the setting indicators on the control knobs. The stove top is black and the indicators are black. They are camoflage. I use reading glasses and still can’t read them. Why didn’t you use white instead of black. Most of my appliances are whirlpool and I love all of them.

This cooktop is TERRIBLE! It surges heat and is very, very difficult to cook anything. I was cooking fish this evening and the temperature was 410° on the low setting.
