One is the shelves don’t reach completely to back of the fridge, and things keep falling through the gap down to the shelf below.Two, it’s not a very deep fridge and doesn’t seem to hold as much as I’d like.

Great Design and Features.

The ice cube tray in the freezer is great!! Well done. Drawer design and function meet our needs. The flap on the left door is somewhat awkward when closing but the alarm is good to “train” the users. Overall… we love the Whirlpool refrigerator.

Horrible shelf design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace our Jenare that quit working. The Jenare was the same style as the new Whirlpool. One major issue that the Jenare didn’t have but the Whirlpool has is that beer, pop cans, salad dressing bottles, and any other containers of that size fall of the rear of the shelves.
