Large Microwave Oven that is powerful

Overall the microwave oven is great. There are more features that I probably won’t even use. Two things I don’t like but has nothing to do with the performance: when disabling the 2-step child lock, you have to hit the start button twice to get it started AND the stainless steel fingerprint resistant door is not the whole door but just the top portion of the door which is about half an inch strip all the way.

The product is fine. Curbside pickup at the Newnan location was not a pleasant experience. I checked in via the App and via the notification that told me the product was ready to pick up. After waiting 45 minutes, I called the Customer Service desk and was told there was no check-in received. However, a person from Customer Service brought my item out right away.

This one fit into my old whirlpool countertop microwave place , I hope it can be last a couple years

Good microwave for the price

1200W power is at the upper end for this size. Cooks faster than our old unit. Controls are fine, especially after disabling the mandatory 2-step unlock process. A nice (but often overlooked) feature is the ability to use the timer and cook with the microwave at the same time. Unfortunately, we had to get a custom trim kit to fit the opening we had because the available kit from Whirlpool was too small. The microwave was on sale when we bought it, so things evened out.

best unit available on short notice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was forced to buy this unit to replace a 20 year-old unit that failed suddenly. it has been an adequate microwave. the power is a little bit higher than the one it replaces, but the overall volume and cooking chamber height are both lower than its predecessor. it would be a slightly better unit were the settings not so near to inscrutable. additionally, i do really like that it has a 24-hour clock option . . . but WHY OH WHY can i access ...

like the minimal look, clock off after a while

Very Good Replacement Microwave Oven

Both ovens have a similar keypad and operating controls so it was easy to get up to speed on this oven. Great Microwave

Just as described. Much more room than my previous one and easy to use. not crazy about the new unlock to open the door. but that's on all new ones now. It looks sleek and is a much better microwave than the kitchen aide one I was replacing.

Don't purchase appliances online from Lowe's

Purchased a counter top Whirlpool microwave that wouldn't heat. After days and countless hours on the phone with Whirlpool, they provided a case number and said a credit would be given to Lowe's. I would receive reimbursement from Lowe's once the microwave was returned.
