DOCUMENTATION PLEASE
Bought this X5 yesterday. Seems very durable and looks great. I have found no information about how to use it. The fancy cardboard with nice pictures on the ladder gives you a website for a video. The video is strictly sales material without any instruction. Yes opening the ladder to an A frame is easy. What about everything else? Poor Design
I bought this ladder a month ago for the various types of work I do with my Construction Business. It seemed very functional being able to move several different positions and heights. What I found though was when I went to fold up the ladder, there is a cheap piece of plastic that you have to squeeze together very forcefully to be able to even get it to close up. Plastic parts meant to break
I bought this ladder thinking oh this is great I can do multiple different things. Well lasted a month before the “plastic” you have to squeeze together broke and now I can’t even use the ladder open. Just to lean on stuff now. Now I’m out the money and have to buy another ladder. Won’t be a Werner this next time if I can’t get some sort of refund or exchange. And to find no warranty either is very disturbing. Have some integrity and stand behind your product with warranty’s.

The most versatile ladder i have ever used
I have had the leansafe x5 ladder for about a year an a half now and it truly is the best ladder in my quiver! I am a general contractor and i use it for everything fromresidential to commercial construction. It is such a time saver having the full estension out for nearly every project im on. I just wanted to thank you werner for developing truly the most versatile ladder on the market.

Broken hardware
I have the same thing the last that folds out the ladder broke off and everything is riveted so you cannot repair it parts are not available. But my employees really loves it. Has its Flaws.
I've had this ladder for company use now for just over a year. it's great for what it does. I would suggest replacing the plastic ladder tabs with a more sturdy product as that's the only part that's failed. Unfortunately, now I'm looking for a new ladder due to this issue as it makes the extension not work. I will not even consider this type due to the issue.

Heavy and plastic breaks
If these tab latch release breaks, you cant open the ladder. its a leaning x5 is right. Needs a better design tab or backup way to open.
