What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the door's solid build quality and value, with many noting easy one-person installation and lightweight design. However, a substantial portion report frustration with confusing, unclear instructions that don't match assembly steps, forcing reliance on external videos. Additionally, many encountered damaged panels, missing components, or defective hardware upon arrival, delaying installation or requiring returns. Some mention noisy operation and lack of insulation. Despite these significant drawbacks, most customers feel the product delivers good performance for the price and would recommend it.

Poor Instructions and design

Would Not Recommend

I know this is a lower end door but it should not be this hard. The instructions are terrible and difficult to follow. The holes for the cable attachment do not line up, and prevent the piece from sitting all the way to the bottom per the instructions.

Terrible communication and customer service

Would Not Recommend

I choose this product based on the estimated date of delivery. I have not received any communication since the initial order. When I reached out, the customer service rep was not friendly and said they never provided me a date and the new date given is 2 weeks later. I am on a deadline so I reached out to their customer service email and have been unsuccessful getting assistance as well as still waiting for a sup call now over a week. I have not gotten the product so I can’t rate that, but based...

good door

Would Recommend

Door was fairly easy to install, this is a great door if your replacing an existing door, as a new door you will need more things that are not included. Instructions are not the easiest to read, but can be figured if you take the time to read 2-3 times and look at all the diagrams, the reason for 4☆
