This has to be the worst product I have ever bought. the instructions are complete trash. I had to watch you tube videos to figure out various parts of the install. The spring is a horrible design that uses plastic parts. holes for the hinges on the door did not line up properly. I would request my money back if I didn't buy this over a year ago. if you are thinking about buying this door don't.
Damaged on the goods for sale
Okay inexpensive garage door loaded by Lowe's with 5 aluminum wall panels. Unloading @ home there was a hole in the box and a dent in a panel. Live 100 miles away from store. Tried calling, got caught in a dead phone loop. No resolution. Otherwise, good cheap door. This garage door should never be put on the floor for sale! How many people saw the hole in the box. Be sure to examine product carefully before leaving the store.

Completely Unprofessional
Wayne Dalton is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure to work with. I placed an order in Nov of 2025. My doors were not installed until after 6 months later, and only after Lowes had to get on them to get it done. They installed the wrong door. And I have yet to get a replacement.
