Good quality panels bad hardware
I finally got the chance to install this garage door and was badly disappointed, it has good quality panels but the hardware is crap. Opened the box and first thing I saw the wheels, it came with the cheapest possible wheels, hard plastic on a shaft without bearings, ordered those separately . track came with the quick connect hardware, initially I thought is easier to install but was wrong it lacks adjustability and the wheels get caught and jump at the connections . I will end up ordering new...

We ordered doors on July 28th and they supposed to be delivered on September 1st and they push to September 22 and we canceled the order on October 22. Lowes still today is nort refunding our founds

Absolute trash
Wayne dalton took 3 months to get me my door Lowe’s did nothing to remedy it I received a damaged door because they sent one guy in a pickup truck to deliver it. Customer service is horrible and the door is terribly made. I’d throw it out if it wasn’t almost winter and I need to close up my garage for the season.
