Not a safe alternative.

This lock came with a new steel door and has given us issues ever since we got it. About half way thru the locking and unlocking process it catches and has to be manually turned the rest of the way. Good features but poor mechanical operation

Very secure lock.

With built-in Wi-Fi, you can easily control and monitor your lock remotely. This lock is well made and is also bluetooth compatible. Very nice safty lock.

Best lock ever, I haven't used a key in 3 years

We installed one of these on our house when a friend showed it to us, and we have not used a regular key for the front door in years now. The kids have their own codes, close friends have theirs, and you can even set it up so a dog sitter or the cleaner can get in and the code only works at certain days / times. Remote control in case someone needs to get in, this lock is the best!

Easy installation, worked first try.

I thought the installation document was extremely detailed and helpful, and I had no issues installing it. The lock worked immediately and the app setup was easy. I love that it works with latch doors. This was the only latch lock I could find that I liked. I wish I was able to have multiple users with their own usernames for my wife and me. The app assumes one user. I would also like it to work with Ring but I understand that’s not necessarily easy.

I've had this lock for a few months now and it has been working perfectly. I haven't had any issues with it, it was easy to install, looks nice and has some great features. I love that you are able to choose between Bluetooth and wifi connectivity. The wifi connectivity has been a great feature allowing me to open the door remotely. Hate keys, with this device i use my finger and can open the door from where i am. Love it

Great if you are away from home

Really cool how you can access with keypad and fingerprint- Best part is being able to give someone access remotely. Really like lock operates both with WiFi and Bluetooth.

Great lock. Easy to use.

Nice to have options. Fingerprints is amazing security feature. Also fact that code numbers change positions makes it impossible for someone to look over your shoulder if they’re hoping to mimic spots where you touched pad. Where you touch pad will always be different every time you use because number sequences are different and change.
