screw loose
Literally...missing a screw and I have gone round and round with the company to get one sent...they still haven't sent one...beyond frustrating. I sent a copy of the receipt...still can't match up my purchase. I have explained it to them, I have sent a photo...still nothing. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!
