Overall Nice Product

Would Recommend

This item arrived securely packaged and in a timely manner as I fixated with the order details. The price of this product is also very nice for what we were looking to spend. After installation we are pleased with the purchase. During installation, we did observe a small bend was noticed in the top support frame. This wasn't enough to make the unit not function, but that was really the only item not ideal during this project for us!

defective glass doors

Had this installed and as I was cleaning the glass doors I realized there were two pivot holes in the glass along with several long line bubbles deformed in both glass doors. Tried calling the company but of course no one answers the phones. I called Lowes to put in a complaint and asked them if they would send me 2 more shower doors and I would return these doors but Lowes said I had to return the whole thing rails and all and then they would send out another whole set. I explained it was diffi...

both shower doors are defective. Air bubbles everywhere in glass and 2 rivet puncture marks on the one side of the shower doors. Called Lowes would not just replace shower doors, I have to remove the frame and doors to take back to store to get credit. Unbelievable. They make it difficult for us consumers.

problem with glass shower doors

Would Not Recommend

When the first shower door kit arrived one of the doors glass was broken. The second door arrived and the protective coating/glass has many rows of bubbles within it. I am now waiting for another door. I called Lowes' to see if they could help with this situation. I was told they could not contact the company and to return the item to the store. I explained the frame has been already installed in a newly tiled bathroom. I paid for the shower door to be installed and now you want me to pay him to...

Nice product - meh instructions

Would Recommend

Overall we are very happy with this product, I personally installed it in my son’s tub/shower. Instructions weren’t great or very detailed, trial and error. Made more cuts to metal pieces on bottom than I planned. But it made the bathroom look much nicer and feels larger after getting rid of the old shower curtain and rod.
