11 months to the day the shower head "exploded" - the top and bottom seam blew apart (and we have low water pressure); water spewed out from rim onto the wall - totally destroyed and non-fixable. Cheap garbage for a relatively high price.

Very nice shower system. Packing includes everything. Not sure how the openings on the shower head will hold up as they are rubber and I'm worried about mold/like but we will see

Nice addition to my bathroom. It was easy to set up and use, which made showering a lot more enjoyable. The dual head and waterfall feature really enhance the shower experience, getting all the spots and providing a spa-like feel. It made cleaning and rinsing off a breeze and added a modern touch to my bathroom. Disappointing finish quality

Bought this n April '23, installed in May '23, now in November the black finish is already rubbing off the controls, showing bright silver underneath. We've been happy with the functionality but that is bottom level finish quality IMO, we are so disappointed and now will need another plumber visit to replace it. Junk.

Install went smoothly from the well packaged unit. Remember to protect the finish while using tools. This is a gorgeous upgrade to new construction pool bath project. Luxury finish and detail makes it feel good in hand when easily placing the wand in/out of it's wall holder. Smooth, easy switch between upper and lower controls.
