one broken, only received half of them
You get what you pay for. they look nice but one was broken in the box and I only received one of two boxes. Also the finish could be of better quality.

Its cheap
We ordered 4 boxes and there were so many broken panels that they had to order us an additional box and even it had a couple broken panels. The panels were rough and looked unfinished not like the ones in the picture. We had to stain all the panels and they do look good, but it did cost us additional money and time. I do not recommend this product
Poor packaging
Nice looking panels (the ones that aren't broken), but very poor packaging. The panels are comprised of small wood strips glued together. Because there's no protection for the panels in the box, many of the strips are broken off, probably from poor handling during shipping. But I'm thinking that could have been avoided if there was more thought given to the packaging. I ordered 17 boxes. That's 170 panels. And the first three boxes I've opened all had busted panels of varying degree. What a mess...

nice looking product
its a really nice-looking product. Easy to install. I didn't rate it a 5 because some of the boards were broke when I opened the box, and some broke just by installing them. But, its still a quality product. Not saying its chintzy at all.
Great but dimensions are misleading
In the details it says the pieces are 8x20in so when I measured my wall I should have had 2 spare pieces. But when I got them it's 7x19.25in so now I'm short. So now I have to buy another batch of 10 and will only use maybe 2-3 and have 7 boards I don't know what to do with. Overall it looks really good on my wall and was an easy install, but right now it's unfinished. Just wish they would put the correct dimensions in the product details.
