It works pretty good but it's not as powerful as the video shows. It gets jammed with medium to light snow. I used for about 25 to 30 minutes, still had some juice left

Very disappointed. Ordered for xmas with delivery by then, never showed. Followed up with the vendor and lowes to be given a different tracking number with delivery 5 days after the original date. Never showed. Lowes was of no help after as the vendor is giving them the run-around. Lowes will also not refund because it has "shipped". I'll be disputing the charge with my CC company at this point.

First chance to use this was this morning and it worked like a charm! I purchased it because I had shoulder surgery this year and knew I would have a hard time with a shovel. Used to clear the way in front of my and my neighbors garage doors after the crew plows our parking lot. Did not work for me.

It pushed the snow like a broom. I have another snow shovel that works pretty good but doesn't have directional blades and need an extension cord, so I thought this would be my answer. Nope!
