Another BAD customer service experience
The reserve brand was not in stock when we returned to Lowe's to purchase additional paint needed for our project. The paint specialist didn't inform us that purchasing different brands wouldn't match. When returning to the store, the same specialist said, " I knew it wouldn't match" This response was absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional. Apparently, accountability is not on sale.
