What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the smooth, even application and exceptional durability of this exterior oil-based stain. Most highlight rich, natural-looking colors like pecan and Dark Walnut that enhance wood grain beautifully, with many reporting the finish remains vibrant and crack-free after months of sun and rain exposure. Reviewers consistently note fast drying times allow multiple coats in one day, and the product's strong water resistance makes it ideal for decks and outdoor furniture. A few mention typical oil-based odor as manageable. Overall, customers consider it a trusted, professional-quality choice for exterior wood protection.

Good application quality

I was pleased with the color and application. I had to get this brand because Thompson's no longer carried the walnut color. It was $15 more per gallon but in the end it did the job. The true test will be how long it lasts before fading

Clean and fast shipping!

Would Recommend

This stain was exactly what I wanted for my new vedar fence. The color came out great after drying although it was a bit darker than I initially thought it would be. Just don't stain your fence on the hottest day of the summer like I did 😅
