Good deck paint and coverage
We just finished painting our approximately 1,000 sq ft pool deck with this product. It had good coverage and can be tinted to any color you like. Really hoping that this product lasts in the hot FL sun. The paint coverage was as expected. We are very happy so far.

Difficult to clean
Although it is cooler, the paint stains easily. Pressure washing doesn’t remove all, even dirty shoe prints must be scrubbed. I used a hand truck to bring mulch across painted cement and the tire marks will not come off. Will have to repaint. I will inquire about a sealer, perhaps, or any topcoat to help.

What a disappointment!
I painted our pool deck back in April 2024 but I wanted to let others know about my experience w this paint. 1) the anti-skid in this paint is very good & that's about the only thing that I'm impressed with. 2) the color in the brochure is not at all like the color on the deck. The "Teddy Bear" color pulls towards purple and I was really surprised how "purpley" the deck looked, lol. But after 30 days maybe it'll fade a little, lol. 3) NEEDS TO BE WELL SHAKEN every time you use it. Oh my goodn...
