As many folks noted, the assembly instructions are awful. I could not figure out how to insert the clip (or why there are 3 of them, when it only needs 1). A YouTube video showed it - but even the guy did it wrong the first time. I used needle nose pliers to hold the clip when inserting it into the tube. True Temper should include a link to an assembly video without buyers having to hunt for one. The rake worked fine on a small test of snow & caked leaves but it can be awkward especially whe...
BEST ROOF RAKE MADE
Have owned since 2016 , still works & looks like new . The well engineered rake does not flex or bend when fully extended - unlike round handled poles on other brands . The OVAL handle tubes are easier to hold & the non- slip painted tube allows secure handling . Bought another today for backup - in case it is discontinued . Best one I have seen anywhere - buy it .
