Trex Transcend 12-in Spiced Rum Composite Deck Board (Sample)

Poor service.

Waited and waited and waited for these sample deck boards to come. When they finally came, they were the wrong color! Not at all pleased with the service. However the product is fine, just not the right color and description!

Heavy duty with great color

The color was true to the picture. It did feel a little slippery under the foot of a sock... but I don't imagine walking too often in socks on the deck. Looks Like An Improved Generation of Trex

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trex is the way to go! After battling my wonderful natural wood decks for the past 10 years, I give up. Trex has so many more color choices now and they look so much richer once installed, I have to say...NO MORE WOOD! And from a distance, they look as natural as the real thing...but it is a man made product, so it's always going to declare itself as such! The trade off is worth it! My decks are beautiful!

Beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trex Transend is a beautiful deck material. I was surprised at the weight and heft of the sample. Our sample of Spiced Rum is a rich brown color with some darker tones and woodgrain that give a very natural look. This stuff is solid! I can see why it won't fade, stain, or scratch. No maintenance, just hose it off. I'm afraid it will outlast my house. Being 95% recycled materials is great for the environment too.
