I am building a deck and have had to make multiple stops and pick-ups at the store. Each time my preordered materials were waiting on me, and they also helped me load it. I'm pretty impressed with the employees so, I recommend Lowes Store's to everyone to help make that project you're working on turn out right.

Not 5-1/2" wide. Plan accordingly

Fine product except one minor detail. IT ISN'T 5.50 INCHES WIDE as advertised!!!!!!!! It is actually 5-7/16 wide. That would be fine if you told me that up front. But you didn't.... So my meticulously planned and built deck ended with a mother lovin 1-1/8" gap at the house 18 boards into the perfectly laid planks. Seriously, why not provide accurate information?

Problems with getting the other to the vendor

The product itself is beautiful but there was an issue between Lowe’s and the vendor where the vendor wasn’t receiving the order, it was ordered 2 times and instead of taking a week to come in, it took a month. I actually had to cancel my order and reorder it.

Trex decking highly recommended

I was hesitant on getting the trex decking but happy that I chose trex , I went with 20’ groved decking it went down perfect, the only thing I didn’t like was the gap between the decking but when finished it looked great .

Tres Enhance Naturals

Easy to work with and colors look much better than the monotone colors. We are concerned about heating with the Toasted Sand color but the colors recommended by Trex for color temps were not available at Lowes.
