Excellent delivery, poor assembly.

Initial delivery on time with appropriate alerts. Within 2 hours of delivery the right front caster assembly fell off! Customer service contacted and has rapidly scheduled a replacement that is due in shortly. Grass is now VERY long and should provide a significant test!

Rides nice, runs well . I don't like the restriction of reverse maneuver. Would like to move handles further back to go faster backing up. It's slotted so you can only go so far back with the handles.

Great all around machine.

This is a great machine and it was mostly assembled when arrived. The seat stop cable was not connected so when I lifted the seat it flipped over and ripped off the seat sensor connector that I had to fix.
