Overall, seems pretty solid
Overall, there's much I don't llke. Definitely quieter and less hassle to get going than the gas one. It does take a little experimentation to use personal pace correctly. Remembering to use the actual handle when simply moving the unit around, to avoid inadvertently lurching forward when you don't intend to. Lack of a reverse gear is a bit of a downer. I understand why that may not be feasible with personal pace, it is a little more difficult to pull up hill if there isn't space to actually tur...

Needs reverse otherwise pretty good.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The snowblower is light and powerful, and throws snow a good distance. It had a bit of trouble with slush which managed to get stuck in the chute. My biggest disappointment is the push to go speed control, which in heavy snow is no more than an on and off switch. I subsequently Bought the bigger unit with a separate speed control and river ski which this unit lacks.

First Snow of the Season
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time out used on 6” of snow, handled the snow great. It did take a little getting used to walking & applying pressure to the handle at the right pace but caught on quickly.

Excellent Snow Blower [w 3 Batteries]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My e24 SnowMaster replaced an old 2 stage 4 stroke 24" Toro blower and is a hands-down improvement in almost every way. The blower is lighter, more maneuverable, almost equally powerful and completely fume and powertrain maintenance free. I run my blower with 3 batteries; 10, 7.5 and 5 Ah. The unit seems to draw from them in parallel in proportion to their capacities. I finished clearing my 100' driveway and around 350' of sidewalk of 4-5" ...

To much torque
First time using the snowblower I found it very difficult to control - there is so much torque and the forward motion control is so touchy that I found myself fighting it - made little progress in actual snow removal

Compared to the gas-powered Snowmaster
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned a number of snowblowers over the years. For several years I flipped 2-stage Hondas for vacation money. When the Snowmaster 724 came out nearly 10 years ago I bought it because of the unique personal-pace, automatic steering, quick-stick, and the ability to move more snow quicker and further than a single-stage. It did not prove me wrong. I think it's the best all-purpose Snowblower at any price-point. It's a very tossable snowbl...

1st snow fall, looking forward to more
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally got some snow so I could use the SnowMaster 60V. Only one to two inches but it worked great. It throws snow far and moves quickly. Love the ability to change the chute quickly which is one of the main reasons I bought this model. I did have a few times where after stopping the auger, turning and then restarting the auger the machine would beep at me. Had to turn it off and back on. I'll have to watch for that the next few times I use i...

Switching to electric
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After buying this snowblower, the Shield of Newness prevented any snow from falling for several weeks, but the shield was finally pierced and I've used it twice now. In comparison with my previous Toro single stage gas-powered snow blower, it worked better. The first was a couple of inches of frozen icy snow topped with a layer of ice. There were no problems at all with this, except that I had to lower the chute angle so the snow/ice wasn't ...
