This tiller was delivered to me without the electrical wires hooked up. There are no instructions in the manual for this. I went to my local Lowe's (Owens Cross Roads, AL) and spoke with J.C., who is one of the managers. He told me he would arrange for the defective tiller to be picked up. He also told me he would order a new tiller to be sent to the store to be assembled by them and then be delivered to me. The defective tiller was picked up as promised. Arrived with a broken lower mount. Contacted Toro, no help at all. Told to take to Lowes or an authorized service center. Box was not even suitable to return it in. Too bad, looked like a nice machine.

NO SERVICE FROM TORO
Lowes was great. HOWEVER-Toro DROPPED THE BALL. I received the unit and began assembly. I found I had a damaged wheel that would undoubtedly fail soon. I was told I would have to take the unit 87 miles away (174 mile round trip!) for a replacement wheel. R.U.K.M.? For a WHEEL? I tried to order one....they don't have the part. SERIOUSLY??? I am attempting to get help from Lowes. I will let you know wha happens.

Broke first week. Lowes was not helpful at all. Not sure why I even got the protection plan. Got the complete run-around from both Lowe's and the protection plan department.
