So many excellent features that, in my humble opinion, should be highlighted more in the marketing of this range. The oven can do it all. Dehydrate, air fry, bake/convection, proof and even comes with a built in temperature probe. Gliding slide out rack is sturdy and back saving. Metal knobs (not those cheap plastic ones!). Very happy with my newly purchased Gorden Ramsey 36” gas range. The oven heats up quickly and maintains its temperature consistently. The hardware feels strong and the movement of the knobs are very smooth. The stove igniter is a bit tricky to get use to, but it’s fine once you learn.
