Installation not professional - Don't use Lowe's

The door quality and order process was good. The installation was not professional. I had two doors that needed installed. Due to a mix up in the order, one door was the wrong size. The installers did not realize this until after they removed the current door. No problem, just put the old door back in. They couldn't because it was damaged during the removal. A simple verification of the sizing before work would have avoided this. Now I am left without a door for over a week. Installers just left...

I have 4 ThermaTru doors that all leak at the threshold at the slightest bit of rain, despite expert installation by my contractor according the ThermaTru's instructions to the letter.
