Lowes need to learn about customer service.

Outside Entrance Door

This is our second Therma -Tru outside door where the first one was installed five years ago and It still looks good. This door is a Outswing Right Hand Door with Blinds. Upon inspection there was a small crack in the brick molding but nothing major and an easy fix. Once installation was complete we lowered the blinds only to find out that the inside blinds are not level, not much but noticeable. Will Therma-Tru respond to this issue. I hope so.

Nice door.

Door looks nice.
