ESTABLISHMENT: Plant in full sunlight when soil temps are consistently 65°F and on the rise. Plant 2 to 3 lbs of seed per 1,000 sq ft. Cover with no more than ¼ inch of soil. Maintain soil moisture around seed using frequent but light irrigation. As seedings develop, decrease frequency of irrigation but increase amount of water applied. PRO TIP: Seed-to-soil contact is required for proper seed germination. MOWING MAINTENANCE: Maintain at mowing heights from 0.4 inches to 1 inch. Do not remove over 1/3 of the leaf blade per mowing.
