Warning, product support is non existent tent

Paid $400 last year it was responsive and worked great, this year only the default settings work. The app no longer works with the tree. Nothing has changed, twinkly bricked the trees from last year with app updates.

LOVE this Twinkly Tree but improvements needed

Would Recommend

This 7.5 foot "Twinkly" tree did not disappoint! We were able to put the tree together easily. It did take me about two days to figure how to get the app to work with the tree but we did figure it out. The only drawback is that we did have to customize our twinkly colors as we wanted something different than the presents. I've never had a tree before where I had just the right shade of pinks and greens and this sure did meet and exceed my expectations in that regard.

this tree is amazing! I've been telling everyone about it lol i cant believe more people don't know about it! I was playing with it for hours when i discovered what it did! for those of you saying it messes with your wifi, you don't have to keep the twinkly wifi on, obv when you turn the tree on it will automatically connect to the wifi, after you select your tree for the day ( thats what i do, change it everyday lol )just change your wifi back. no problems what so ever i love it!

Made for use with iphone

If you have an android phone and are looking for hours of frustration and calls to customer service, then this tree is for you. You can get patterns to work if you have company walk you through it. They need to advertise this tree as an iphone tree

435 vs 600 model

I purchased both of these trees and had them both connected to the WiFi and they both installed the latest firmware update. Yes one has more LEDs and branches but that alone wasn’t enough for a $100 upgrade. What did move me to spend more was the flickering of certain colors like white and light blue. I don’t know if the different models have different LEDs or if it could be fixed with a firmware update. Solid red, green, or blue looked good with no flicker. Trying to mix these colors to achieve...
