We purchased 2 of these for our house. The seat was very well packaged to prevent damage in transit. The instructions for installation were straightforward and easy to follow. The only installation step that was a little tricky was inserting the rubber pieces into the toilet holes as it is a tight fit. If you wet them as they indicate it is easier but still a little tough.
