I ordered this product for in-store pickup (it is not regularly stocked at Lowes). Picked it up and brought home. When the box was opened the base was broken into multiple pieces. I returned it and reordered. When the second order was picked up I checked it before bringing home and the base was again broken. Another Shattered Toilet
Just like a number of the other reviews, the Toto Drake toilet that we ordered was delivered completely shattered in the box. This is very disappointing and something should be done to prevent this from happening considering that this seems to happen so frequently. We will not be reordering the item.
