The toilet ships in two boxes. Bowl and tank. Both were packaged very well to protect the toilet during shipping. The toilet arrived without any damage and was able to be installed. Seems to do everything you need a toilet to do. I think this could be adjusted to a 1.28gpf if desired. The bowl is the same and I think the filling controller is the only thing that would need to be adjusted.

Don't do it ! ! !
Read the reviews and found out 3 things. Toto just throws their toilet in a box without packing. Thus just about guaranteeing that it will arrive broken. When Toto is notified of the breakage, Toto says TOUGH! "We don't sell to customers". You're on your own. When Lowe's is notified, They say just buy another one. Good luck on getting a refund. That's IF they even talk to you.

Happy with the TOTO tornado flush! No worries on courtesy flushes! First one tank was cracked Lowe’s did immediately replace order!

Always leaks
Installation is always running into issues. I fixed the initial leaks, but now it is phantom flashing. Can’t figure out if it’s the flapper or the connection. Either way, it arrived from the factory like this. So frustrating

Its flushes well. Relatively quiet. I don't like that it doesn’t come with a toilet seat.
