Only Recieved Bottom Porcelain
My Box didn't contain the whole toilet in the box, Only the bottom Porcelain, creating a hassle for my installation, contacted store and they are looking into it. But it really put a damper on my move-in day. ):
You’ll wish you bought it sooner.
We had installed a Toto washlet seat about 4years ago. This new total toilet/bidet has many more features that the earlier model. We don’t like the toilet mounted controller,as you need to turn to see the blower. I’m sure with time we’ll acclimate.

Too Difficult to Get Delivered
I noticed I'm not the only one that has had issues receiving the entire product. They delivered the lid and the washlet, but not the bowl. In reading the item description it says 2 boxes and it's really 3 - so be mindful of this. The customer service team tired to be helpful and limited to just updating a case for the manager to review & contact me. However the manager never did. After several phone calls and waiting the bowl finally arrived. The delivery team was great - unboxed the item for me...

Great Toilet, Lowe's screwed up
Purchased this Toto on line and had it delivered to my local store. Went to pick up and they brought out only the tank.... then found the a body..... then after prompting, found the bidèt seat....3 boxes in boxes. Ridiculous. At that point, I took it on faith everything was good .. packed so nothing could be wrong .... wrong. Took about 3_4 weeks for my contractor to get to the install, not a Lowe's problem, but they unpack and install the body and tank first.... then open the bidèt box and I ...
Lousy customer service.
The bidet toilet is fine. Exactly as described, installed easily. Unfortunately I forgot to use my lowes reward card at time of purchase and lost out on $800 worth of points. Even lowes customer service would not do anything to assist.

Great Bidet and toilet, very happy with it.
The heated seat is awesome! The deodorizer is really cool, and way better than what I thought it was going to be. The heated water to rinse you, and the heated air to dry you are also really nice. As are the oscillate and pulsate options for the water. The Auto Energy Saver feature sounds cool, I just haven't had a chance to try it yet [and it says it takes ten days or so to learn times and habits]. The toilet sounds powerful, and so far has flushed things very well. Maybe the water pressure/p...
