Two Toilets, Same Experience
I purchased two TOTO Aquia IV toilets during a major home remodel, so this is not a case of one isolated unit. Both toilets have the same issue. In everyday use, waste frequently lands on dry porcelain outside the water spot, leaving visible residue that often does not clear with normal flushing. shipment is bad
I received the toilet and immediately opened the box. The toilet was broken during the shipment. I tried to return and get refund but lowes told me I need to send it to a store by myself. The reason is it is dangerous to pick up a broken toilet so they cannot pick it up.
had 4 installed and all are working fantastic
We installed 4 of these when we did a whole house remodel (LowesPro pricing was fantastic) and they all flush incredibly well and we have not had a clog since installing 7 months ago. Toilets are incredibly easy to clean (my wife's favorite part) and the flushing is dependable and strong (dad's favorite). Water Levels too low
This toilet was a huge mistake on my part; I should have did more research before purchasing it. Aside from it looking great, and having dual flush functionality, there's not much positives I can say about it. This toilet bowl's water level is so low, that it's really easy to leave marks on the inner toilet bowl, which would require an extra flush, or some manual cleaning. I'd highly recommend that you steer clear of this toilet and look for other options.
Nice toilet. Bad shipping to store and home
Item was shattered upon arrival. Have ordered this item for 3 bathrooms. So far, 5 were delivered. Of the 5, three were cracked and broken in transit. Not so good, Lowe's. Not so good.

solid quality you would expect from Toto; only small gripe is that the toilet seat is plastic although it is quiet close. Would expect something more solid given the price and brand. Flush is also very quiet.

the Lowes description is standard height but when you read more its Universal height which is taller than you think it was supposed to be.. Otherwise the toilet works very well...
