I really wanted a dual flush toilet and, with needing a 14-inch rough in, we didn't have many options. I was hesitant after reading some of the negative reviews, but I absolutely love this toilet. Nice, slim profile, great flush, and the elongated seat is actually comfortable. We've only been using it for a week, so I can't speak to its longevity, but so far so good.

Inaccessible, wobbly seat, many issues
Looks good, nice flush but zero for practical use. The toilet is flush to the wall so no room for rear access. If you need to change toilet seat you are out of luck. Doesn’t stay tightened. Caulk around the bottom disappears, had to get a seal and poor design for men with splash out on the bottom. If you need to go in the sides it is awkward and pretty blind. We put a bidet seat on and now are told the manufacturer that the toilet is not compatible with any aftermarket parts. Expensive mistake s...
Beautiful but difficult to install
I love the beautiful design and I'm looking forward to an easier cleaning process on the outside. However, installation was difficult. First you have to find the wax ring and screws 'in the blind'. But then the nuts provided did not fit no matter how we tried; they would not thread. Add to that the small hole openings on either side. Heavy to install, but nice to use once installed.
Being a unified tank/bowl toilet, this sucker is HEAVY. Based upon the shipping information, it weighs around 114 lbs. I can dead-lift a hundred pounds, but when it shaped like a toilet? Not so much. I improvised a system of rails and rollers so I could maneuver it into position and then it was fine. Operation is great - small button for #1, big button for #2. Not a bad looking unit, as far as toilets go.

Worst toilet ever
This is the absolute worst toilet to buy. The toilet seat slides all over the place and even if you tighten it, it loosens again. It’s awful. I would take this toilet out and replace with a new one if I didn’t have to redo the floors. My pictures are of the toilet seat that just slides around. This is what it’s like ALL OF THE TIME. Needed as much room as I could get with a 16” rough in. Surpassing my expectations there were several features that left me in awe, Two buttons for water control which really does move the water and what was left in it. Issue w/toilet seat hinge assembly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The caps on the toilet seat hinges don't match the fixture. They are made of thin metal with thin plastic film that was/is easily scratched. Can't help but think there is a better option.
