I never knew there were curtain rods that went all tge way to the wall, and you literally get zero sun in. The brushed bronze makes for a elegant look, i will definitely be recommending theses.

Beautiful design

I really like that it mounts closer to the wall for less gapping at the top. The smaller the gap, the less light that comes in along the top. During the summer time the door gets a lot of sun most of the day, the blackout curtains and narrower gap from the rod makes it less likely to run up our cooling bill. Elegant curtain rod

It also came with the screws I needed which was a plus. It was extremely simple to put together. I had no trouble at all.
