Sun Joe 320-PSI Cold Water Battery

Unreliable and NO WARRANTY COVERAGE

It worked 3 times and now only will run for about 5 seconds before shutting down. I have tried multiple email addresses to make a warranty claim, but their email server keeps rejecting each email attempt.

Great for the Lake.

This does exactly what I need it to. Great tool in that I can drop the hose in the lake and clean off the dock, seadoos, etc. without the need for water hookup. The battery is just ok but I bought a second and I'm good now.

Waste of money

Worked one time, literally. Cleaned everything as directed and now it doesn’t work. The hose never fills with water so it sounds like it works but nothing gets sprayed.

Like it better than my higher PSI pressure washer

Have used it on my pool deck (in Florida we have to clean them at least monthly!) multiple times. Much easier to manage than my plug in, hook to the hose pressure washer. Also, I like that I can control the path that my water/debris is taking. This makes it easier to direct this toward and out the screen doors. Disappointed

I have many SunJoe products and am a fan of the brand. However this is the first SJ purchase that has disappointed. The water stream from this device is very weak. Surprisingly it consumes the battery faster than the pole chainsaw does. At 500 psi, if that, it is barely more powerful than a normal hose and nozzle. I like that it can draw water from a bucket. (Not needing water hose) but performance is disappointing overall

I'm so very impressed and blown away

I live in a Mobile home where has no hook up for a hose. I needed a portable cleaner which almost bought their first 1 when came out and so glad I waited for this treasure. It has attachments and a good length hose cyphernor. I got a 5 gal bucket and a pail and had to fill couple of times but that was just testing it out and checking effectiveness and wow.
