Timeliness of delivery of orders.

Still awaiting the product to be received. Went to local store to ensure in stock but they insist must order product. Original purchase on December 17th and now January 10th and still no order has been received. Told order pulled than told order was requested, then told order was canceled by providing vendor, then told order received damaged, then told vendor did not have to give an ETA for arrival of order. It leaves me to question if vendor is a good source for supplies as this makes Lowes loo...
