I ordered on line. Pick up. Box was taped shut. I opened at home to find a used product which had been installed before. It was dirty inside, still had caulk around the edges. I do not mind using a used item but I want it disclosed to me and I expect money off. I called to complain. I was told to uninstall and bring back. Then they hung up on me. I called again and was put on hold and no one answerer. I was then told all managers were not on site. I see this as fraud. It was used. Tell people ...

The mirrors are so nice but after that it is extremely cheaply made. The corners are already breaking a bit. And ours came with a scratch in the mirror. Which you can’t feel on the surface like it’s a defect? For $160 a bit disappointing. We had to move the soft circles that help it close less loudly because they were hanging off the edges. Why didn’t we return it? We had been remodeling our bathroom since 10 am and would’ve had to repaint probably if we got something else. This isn’t an i...

never order mirror to be shipped

I knew that once I had to order this for shipping only, it would arrive broken. And of course it did. I hate that there is no option to be able to buy it in store from the online perspective, but when I got it, it was broken, and I had to return it. Then, guess what, my store that showed they had none of these mirrors in stock online when actually they had three. Plus, I didn't even get my shipping fee returned. It wasn't my fault that it was broken. Do better, Lowe's do better!!!
