I've done several peel and stick floors over the years. This is the first one I've done with grout. It's the best floor I've done so far. Easy to cut with scoring tool, adheres well, easy to clean. This slate looking tile looks expensive. It cost me $50 to do my laundry room floor!!! I used Delorean Gray vinyl tile grout (previously called slate Gray)
Love how this turned out!
I used stick and stay directly on the wood subfloor and then layed the tiles ontop with 1/4 in spacers and i love it! Super easy to cut. The lightest score from a utility knife and then you csn bend and snap it. 10/10 would recommend. Photos are pre-grout and after grout in the color bright white.
Mixed tiles
Like the product, works well but after laying the floor and stood back, I noticed I had two different vinyl tiles. One darker then the other! I had to pull up a few head back to Lowe's and buy more that matched!

End result turned out better than anticipated. Well worth what it is sold for. The pic attached is 2 months after install. Would recommend using with grout.
2nd floor should have been 1st choice
So, we started out with a floating LVT in a similar look [grey stone]. Due to the floor wavering [its a 90 year old house even though laid new subfloor after level as best we could the old floor] it would not click into place, even after trying to lay it twice, once with the underlayment it came with and once without. Sigh. There went $$$. So only thing we could find to get laid in the amount of time we had was this product. Luckily the Lowe's had enough in stock for the project. Man, wish we ha...
