Very disappointed second and third drawers catch

Very, very disappointed in this product. I have older models of this same unit and the drawers slide out quickly and smoothly with one-hand operation. I purchased four brand new units now from a retail store since I needed more and the second and third drawers pull the whole entire unit forward when sliding out the drawers because of the resistance or something causing them to catch on the frame. Design flaw: arched front drawers.

Ive been using these inside of cabinets to hold my makeup. I recently moved and they wont work! Ugh! They would be the right size except for that tiny arched corner of the drawer. It doesnt slide straight out from the frame. Its bowed out. My pet peeves w storage: NOT SQUARE . Same goes for bins! Why cant they make them squared off?!

Great organizational tool for school supplies!
