Oochigeas Itoh Peony produces loads of gorgeous, rounded and fully double blooms in color combinations of pastel apricot and delicate rose and pink. Oochigeas blooms in late Spring on a medium-sized bush. After blooming, its lush foliage will keep the Oochigeas plant handsome for months. Peonies often last for decades in the garden, making them great foundation plants. You could also put Oochigeas in a perennial border or cutting garden. Itoh peonies were developed as a hybrid cross between herbaceous and tree peonies. The resulting plant has the blooming habit of tree peonies, producing colorful and exotic flowers, but the growing cycle of herbaceous peonies.
