I’ve had these up for the better part of 15 years. Very small compost and shingle gravel filters into the gutter. This weekend I removed the guards to clean out the gutters and none of them were dislodged or broken. They hold up to UV light extremely well fine mash over the top is totally intact before and after removal. I have not had a problem with water running over them. I live in the northeast with intermittent very cold weather and they do do not cause a problem with ice dams or trapping d...
