I heard such great things about this litter from a friend who used to use it years ago, so I made the switch only to be super disappointed. Petco must have changed the formula? It doesn’t clump or absorbs well at all. The clumps fall apart easily while cleaning, so now I’ve got wet litter mixed with unused litter and it’s such a waste!

Possibly causes Asthma / Pneumoconiosis in cats

Used it for years and wondered where my multiple cat's asthma came from. They start to wheeze in a very scary way. We live in a home with air filters and zero plants that would hurt them, and in a city with cleaner air and water than most places. I am beyond disappointed with this litter!! It does NOT clump the cat pee. The litter where the cat has peed does not clump, it gets mushy and crumbles when you try to scoop the pee pile which then continues to mix in with the clean litter so the box will not get even slightly clean after proper daily scooping. It’s the worst CAT LITTER!

I am beyond disappointed with this litter!! It gets mushy and crumbles when you try to scoop the pee pile which then continues to mix in with the clean litter so the box will not get even slightly clean after proper daily scooping. Gave cat upper respiratory infection

I've been purchasing this litter for quite some time since it's nice to just bring it in and refill, save a little money and plastic waste. The last two times it has been scented and the dust is so bad that I have to use a vacuum above it when I pour to get some of the dust out. I just happened to have a container of this because someone was giving it away. New formula is horrible

We've used this litter for years. They've recently changed the formula and it's complete garbage now. It doesn't clump and the I can smell it from across the house! There's so much dust now when I change the litter. I'm so disappointed that they've ruined a good product.

Changed Formula

They changed their litter on this one and the pink version. Both are terrible. This one is way too dusty and with cleaning out the litterbox, you're engulfed in dust with every scoop. It also doesn't clump well causing me to throw away way more litter and run through it very quickly. Don't buy.

We’ve been using this litter for years and never had any issues until about 5-6 months ago. One of my girls started biting the hair out on her back legs, then on the back of her front legs.
