unable to connect the pipes together. the cord on inside was to long. unable to wiggle it in and an absolute waste of time and money seems to be either missing a piece or the cord length is to long. I am not an idiot I've assembled many complicated items. this was and should have been simple. disappointed

I used the snowjoe machine once and the batteries stopped charging. I contacted SnowJoe because the machine was registered and the warranty was in place until May 2026. After registering and being told the machine was under warranty SnowJoe has declined a replacement battery Thanks for your recent purchase at SnowJoe.com! Your 24V-X4-SB21 is now automatically registered in our system. Your Standard 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty expires on 05/01/2026.

I love this shovel. I had a heart attack two years ago, and one of my concerns was moving heavy snow. This shovel is awesome and does a fantastic job. The neighbors asked where I bought it, and they want one too. I need to replace the auger.......is it available as a replacement part? I ended up pushing against stone I didn't see, and it cracked.

This is a great buy. I have hard corded machines but that adds to the choir before and after the job. the best thing about this unit is the power for a cordless model. There is a drop off compared to corded power but not much. This job was slushy heavy snow. It was completed in half hour (including me moving cars and a 10 min break lol) It was able to get to the pavement. It also grinded up larger chunks of icy slush. NOW HERE IS THE RUB.
